Having started yoga practice a couple of months ago, I’m acutely aware that I’m still very much a beginner. The Youtube channel ‘Yoga With Adriene‘ has been wonderful and I can feel that my muscles are benefiting so much from a more focussed workout already.
However yesterday, at the end of one of Adriene’s videos, she zipped upwards into the Crow (Bakasana). As a cardio nut, I do tend to neglect working on my upper body strength (particularly my arms) and I found that I just could not get myself onto my hands! I’m sure I’ll be able to build up to this over a few weeks but I’m just wondering if anyone has any tips to prepare for and even make the move a little easier?
